You cannot fault this business for after sales service either. The diffuser worked a little too efficiently and emptied before scheduled time. Within minutes of query, a new diffuser base was on way to my daughter who received the diffuser. After sales service extraordinarily efficient, and helpful. The frangipani oil is delightful also.
